More than 30 Frenship art students from Willow Bend Elementary and Memorial High School competed in the Young Artist Competition at the Lubbock Arts Festival this past weekend, showcasing their creativity across a variety of mediums and bringing home several ribbons.

FRENSHIP ISD ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEARS TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY -4.227% PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $10.15
