Frenship ISD Athletic Media Credential Request Form

Please complete the form below to request media credentials.  A completed form is required to enter a Frenship ISD Athletic Facility. Filling out the form does not guarantee a credential.

Media Credential Guidelines and Expectations

  • Credentials may be given for the season or on a game-by-game basis. Requests for individual games must be submitted no later than noon on the day prior to the game.
  • Final decisions for all credential requests lie with Frenship ISD administration and Frenship ISD reserves the right to deny or revoke credentials at any time.
  • Credentialing priority for all sports is given to professional media outlets that cover Frenship Athletics on a regular basis.
  • Frenship ISD expects and requires professional conduct by all media members with access to Frenship student-athletes Examples of grounds for credential revocation include, but are not limited to:
    • Violation of any UIL rules.
    • Personal attacks or denigration of any Frenship student or staff member in person or online, including personal social media accounts.
    • Unprofessional behavior in person or online, including personal social media accounts.
    • Any racially charged comments through any medium.
    • Inappropriate physical contact or inappropriate verbal exchange with any student, Frenship ISD employee, or UIL official.
  • Frenship ISD and Frenship ISD Athletics retain the rights to use photos/video footage produced for our own promotional purposes free of charge.
