Last week, sixteen Frenship High School students demonstrated their business expertise at the DECA State Competition. After a challenging contest, Taylor Wollenburg and Saif Bernstein were named DECA State Champions and will represent Frenship ISD at the National Competition.

At the recent Regional VASE Art Contest, Frenship High School had a fantastic showing, with 9 works of art that qualify for state. These Frenship artist will travel to San Marcos at the end of April to compete against student artists from all over Texas.

The Frenship High School Boys Basketball Team has concluded a fantastic season. Head Coach Paul Page shares that this season was one of the most memorable ones he’s ever coached at Frenship.

Students from all nine Frenship elementary schools packed up their science projects and headed to the United Supermarkets Arena for the annual South Plains Regional Science Fair.

Last week, 85 Legacy Elementary families attended the annual STEAM Night where students and parents engaged in hands-on activities that promote science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics education.

This week, Frenship High School students visited the Texas State Capitol to advocate for Unified Sports and improved health services for athletes with disabilities. During the visit, students met with state lawmakers to share their experiences and highlight the importance of inclusivity in athletics and education.

Frenship High School HOSA Future Health Professional students competed against students from across the region this past weekend at the Area Competition. After a challenging contest, five Frenship students earned spots in the State Competition at the end of April.

Last week our Frenship High School Academic Decathlon team put their skills to the test at the State Competition. Sponsor Cathryn Wright highlighted the students’ determination and the valuable lessons they learned along the way.

Last week, 21 students in the Business Professionals of America program traveled to Dallas to compete in the State Contest. Five students earned top ranking and will now go on to represent Frenship at the National level.
