Frenship High School Unified Track teammates Blakeley Martin and Justin Broaddus were recently selected to serve on the Regional Youth Leadership Committee for the Texas Special Olympics West Region.

North Ridge and Westwind Elementary schools have teamed up with students from Texas Tech University’s STEMCORE Program to host an after-school STEM Club. Each week Frenship students have the opportunity to do hands-on projects and experiments.

This month’s theme for Mental Health Minute is Gratitude. As a component of the 2021 Strategic Plan Initiative, the goal of the Mental Health Minute is to spread awareness of mental health across Frenship ISD.

The Frenship High School Boys Golf Team has been staying busy. The Tigers recently competed in the 2024 Far West Texas Match Play in El Paso and the San Angelo Boys Classic. Coach Andrew Correll is proud of the team’s hard work.

Three Frenship High School students qualified for the UIL State Congressional Debate Tournament and will head to the Texas Capitol in January to put their skills to the test.

Frenship students across the district observed Veterans Day through various events and displays to honor those who have served in the armed forces. Veterans were celebrated for their unwavering dedication and service to our country.

This week, Westwind Elementary students and their grandparents gathered to celebrate their special bond during the beloved tradition of Donuts with Grandparents.

Last Thursday, Terra Vista Middle School held their annual Family Game Night, a fun-filled event that focuses on building community, strengthening relationships, and providing opportunities for students to explore future careers.

The Frenship High School Volleyball team recently wrapped up their season. Coach Amy Mangum is very proud of what the Tigers accomplished and the records they broke.

This week, Reese Education Center welcomed a local U.S. Marine recruiter as part of a program designed to broaden students' awareness of post-graduation opportunities.
