The girls had an undefeated quad going 3-0, defeating Coronado 33-12, Monterey 30-24, and Hereford 30-24. The boys went 1-3, defeating Coronado 45-36.

 

Frenship Head Wrestling Coach Clinton Wood said the teams had some close duals and that made for an outstanding meet.

 

"We had a great turn out," Wood said. "We showed some great wrestling for our third year program."

 

The Frenship Wrestlers will be back on the mat on April 1 to compete in a Wrestling Quad at Estacado in Lubbock against Lubbock High School, Caprock High School, and Estacado High School as they prepare for the District tournaments that begin on April 9 in Fort Worth.
