The Frenship boys and girls wrestling teams competed on January 21 at the West Plains Duals in Amarillo, TX. Seniors Audrey Lockhart, LeeAna Trevino and Jr. Kayden Johnson picked up big wins on the way to a team victory of 42-16. The girls finished their dual season with a school record 15-2 mark.
On the boys side, seniors Vincent Garcia, Vincent Sandoval and Jr. Aisiah Lugisse did their part in securing a 44-35 victory over host West Plains. Frenship senior 132-pound Vincent Sandoval, secured his 100th career victory as a Tiger, becoming the first wrestler in school history to achieve this monumental goal and becoming Frenship’s first Century Club Member.
