High School
Scott Swindoll will serve as an Assistant Principal at Frenship High School. Previously Swindoll served as the Terra Vista Assistant Principal for six years. He believes his time at Terra Vista has prepared him to serve as Frenship High School’s newest Assistant Principal. “I decided to make the move to Frenship High School because I want to experience having an impact on students at this pivotal time in their education journey and continue serving in a new capacity,” said Swindoll. Jeremey Fair will serve as an Assistant Principal at Frenship’s Ninth Grade Center. The 2024-2025 school year marks Fair's 17th year in education and 8th year in administration. Fair’s education career began right here at Frenship as an 8th grade Math and Science Teacher at Terra Vista Middle School. Having just completed his 7th year as Assistant Principal at Heritage Middle School, he is looking forward to the opportunity to serve high school students and families. Middle School
Kyle Billett will serve as the new assistant principal for Frenship Middle School. Since 2018, Billett has served as the Head Band Director at Frenship Middle School and is looking forward to serving on the Administration Team. “When the Assistant Principal position opened up at FMS for this year, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to be able to serve my campus on a deeper level,” said Billett. “FMS is a truly special place, and I am excited and thankful that I was chosen to help serve our students, staff, and community!” Read more about his story here.
Ron Sanders will serve as the new assistant principal for Heritage Middle School. Sanders spent the last 12 years teaching and coaching across various schools in West Texas. Most recently, he taught social studies and served as the Defensive Coordinator in Sudan, TX. “Ending up at Frenship ISD was a God thing. Things lined up the way they were supposed to,” said Sanders. Genesis Reddic will serve as the new assistant for Terra Vista Middle School. Reddic will be starting his 18th year as an educator with 12 of those years spent as a science teacher, and 5 years spent as an Assistant Principal. He is looking forward to serving the students, teachers, and families at Terra Vista Middle School this upcoming school year. Read more about his story here.
Elementary School
Sunnie Otto will serve as the new assistant principal for Frenship’s newest school, Ridgewood Elementary. She has spent her entire career at Frenship ISD. Otto has served in several different positions such as: substitute, tutor, interventionist, 4th grade teacher, 3rd grade teacher, 5th grade teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal. “I have enjoyed every position for different reasons, but I joined Ridgewood because creating a culture of excellence from the ground up is incredibly exciting,” said Otto. Haley Kirk will serve as the new assistant principal for Westwind Elementary School. Kirk’s journey in education started at Westwind Elementary. She has taught 5th grade and most recently has served as the Data Intervention Specialist. “Returning to Westwind as a teacher and leader, having once been a student here, has been a full-circle moment that deeply connects me to our school’s mission,” said Kirk. “Westwind holds a special place in my heart, and I am honored to see it grow and thrive.” Read more about her story here.
Lindsey Littlefield will serve as the new assistant principal for North Ridge Elementary School. Littlefield will be starting her 17th year in education this upcoming school year. She most recently served as an Assistant Principal at Dunbar CPA Middle School in Lubbock ISD. “God for sure planted me here at Frenship ISD.
