Last Saturday, August 31, the Frenship Tiger Cross Country Team competed in the Crane XC Invitational. The Tigers entered a Varsity Boys team, a Varsity Girls team, and a JV Boys team. All three teams were named Team Champions.  

The Varsity Boys won with 37 points, with a significant 43 points lead over 2nd place Presidio. Medalists for the Varsity Boys include: 

• Jayden Kinsey, 5th place
• Donovan Martinez, 8th place
• Jacob Dominguez, 9th place
• Jacob Murray, 12th place
• Braxton Hancock, 13th place
• Yoel Favela, 16th place 

The Varsity Girls also won their division with 20 points, 18 points ahead of Odessa High. Medalists for the Varsity Girls include: 

• Zyla Deshone,1st place Girls Champion
• Brylee Hudgens, 3rd place
• Lauren Griffin, 7th place
• Tilly Huerta, 10th place 
• Ashley Griffin, 12th place
• Dulce Acosta, 14th place
• Gwen Rasmussen, 17th place 

The JV boys came home victorious in their division with 24 points over 2nd place Odessa who had a total of 69 points. Medalists for the JV Boys include: 

• Braxton Johnson, 2nd place
• Kyler Hudgens, 3rd place
• Ivan Gonzales, 4th place
• Jonathan Murray, 5th place
• Aiden Kirby, 10th place
• Kason Hall, 16th place 

Up next, the Tigers will be competing in the Lubbock Christian University Chap Invite this Saturday, September 7.
