The Casey Administration staff went above and beyond decorating each individual department as a different experience for elementary school Special Education students. The students from across the district spent the day walking through each hallway enjoying treats.
The spook-tacular trick-or-treat tradition started many years ago at the Casey Administration Building. It is something that both students and staff look forward to each year.
This year about 150 students in Special Education, Life Skills, and FOCUS participated in the event. Although their bags started bone-dry, each student left with a plentiful amount of treats and goodies from each department.
This year decoration themes ranged from Construction Zone, Under the Sea, Mad Scientists, Glow Party, Candy Shop, Super Mario, Star Wars, and many more!
On Wednesday, September 27, 2023 Frenship ISD administrators, students, staff, and community members joined together for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of our newest campus, Alcove Trails Middle School.
Construction on the 160,000-square-foot campus began in November of 2021, and last fall, the Frenship community, staff, students, and parents helped name the new school. After more than a year and half of construction, Frenship's fourth middle school, Alcove Trails, opened its doors in August of 2023 and welcomed more than 400 students and 50 staff members. Alcove Trails is one of three new schools that was approved by voters in the Frenship ISD 2020 Bond.
The students have voted and it's official ... welcome to the Frenship Family, Panthers!
