Tonight the Tigers (1-2) will hit the road once again to open District 2-6A play against the Midland High Bulldogs (0-3) at 7:00 pm. The Bulldogs have allowed over 40 points in each of their games this season falling 42-13 to Wichita Falls Rider to open the season, 49-17 to Amarillo High, and 56-28 to the Monterey Plainsmen last week.

Frenship Boys Golf has seen its share of success over the past few years with multiple players on collegiate rosters including two at Texas Tech University. The expectations are just as high in 2020-2021.

The Tigers were tested early in the season winning a 5-set match against Lubbock Coronado to open things up and later dropping a contest to the Bushland Lady Falcons. But the Tigers have begun to exert their dominance as they’ve moved into District 2-6A play and have notched back-to-back district sweeps.

Frenship Football (1-1) found the win column in a big way Friday, October 2 as they took down the Burleson Centennial Spartans (1-1) 49-42 in the Mustang Bowl in Sweetwater.

Frenship Tiger Cross Country continued their constant quest for improvement at the Lubbock Invitational at Mae Simmons Park. The Tiger Boys Team took 5th place on the day and Tiger Girls took 4th. Individual performances are below:

This week the Lady Tigers hosted the Amarillo Tascosa Rebels on Friday, September 25 and then hit the road Tuesday, September 29 to open District 2-6A play against San Angelo Central.

Frenship went on the road Friday, September 18, for their second dual of the season as they faced the Bushland Lady Falcons and the Monterey Lady Plainsmen at Monterey High School. The Tigers fell to Bushland 18-25, 25-14, 19-25, 19-25.

It has been a season of ups and downs for Frenship Tiger Tennis after falling to Lubbock-Cooper 12-7 in their home and season opener on Tuesday, September 8 and then following with a 13-3 loss at Coronado on Thursday, September 17.

The Tigers went to the LCU Chap Invitational on Saturday, September 12 fresh off their inspiring workout of remembrance for 9-11 and started their season with big success.
